"I'm a self taught artist. I work with oil and pastel to depict different emotional states. Sometimes I'll do this metaphorically depending on what I want to say. My most recent body of work explores themes of the shadow self. I characterize these ideas with a rhythmic monochrome aesthetic. My goal is to connect with people and share perspectives through art. I want to see honest expression as well as be seen expressing myself, learning different methods along the way.
