Service Description

This creative wellness collaboration provides equitable access to quality mental health and behavioral health services for underserved communities. This program offers traditional group therapy and alternative wellness services that supports mental wellness and personal growth. Dandelion Gallery & Studios offers a creative safe space to unite, be empowered, and cultivate the good in us. This support group is for adults 18 years and up. In this group we will address unique issues we commonly face. It is meant to support and to empower individuals and to learn to effectively navigate the unique and daily challenges. • Acceptance to program • Commitment of attendance • Ability to engage in 1 hour session for 5 weeks Requirements: -- Ages 18+ -- Acceptance to the program -- Commitment to the program --Ability to engage in 1 hour weekly sessions Group Length: 1hour Group sizes: 5-10 Participants Group Leaders: Licensed and pre-licensed Mental Health Therapists (Masters or Above) Forms and screenings to be completed: • Demographics/Personal Information form • Historical Data Form (Includes previous therapy, medical information, and medications) May need to complete the following assessment with therapist group or complete prior to session if requested. **** Complies with HIPPA to protect your personal information. • Adverse Childhood Experiences Assessment (ACES) • Pediatric Symptoms Checklist (ages 4-17) • Personal Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) or PHQ-9A for Adolescents ages 11-17 • Spence Children's Anxiety Scale - Child (SCAS-Child) Ages 8-15 • Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) • Commitment to therapeutic process form • Brief Biopsychosocial Screening by therapist (30 min) Telehealth or In-person Qualifications: • Completed paperwork • Assessed by therapist to be appropriate for outpatient mental health services • Desire to improve one’s emotional well-being, skills to cope, social engagement, communication, and interpersonal relationships. • Reliable transportation to and from group location • Ability to engage in 1 hour group activity/discussion


Cancellation Policy

Scheduled Call to Artist Interviews may be reschedule and/or changed to be conducted over zoom if notified in advance. To reschedule your tour please contact us within 8 hours. All bookings, workshop, ticket fees are non-refundable. However some workshops you may receive a credit to use towards another scheduled workshop for the same or equal value.
