Frequencies of the Earth: Elements in Motion
Art Exhibition | May 16 – June 13
Opening Showcase: May 16 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Dandelion Art Gallery & Studios presents Frequencies of the Earth: Elements in Motion—a collective exhibition by the Dandelion Artist Alliance exploring the beauty and depth of our earth through diverse interpretations of place and environment.
What shapes define our earth? Through waves, layers, fractures, and cycles, the earth reveals itself across shifting environments—storms, land, water, and sky—each transforming, evolving, and regenerating over time. From the intensity of storms to the quiet resilience and growth of the land, these forces shape a living, ever-changing landscape.
This body of work captures nature in motion—where disruption gives way to renewal, and where grounded terrains, flowing waters, and expansive skies exist in constant dialogue. Artists explore variations of site through layered perspectives, textures, and forms that reflect both the power and subtlety of the natural world.
The growth of the land emerges as a central thread—rooted, rising, and adapting—reminding us that transformation is not only inevitable, but essential. Through varying styles and mediums, this collective exhibition becomes a unified expression of how we see, feel, and experience the earth—its beauty, its depth, and its continuous evolution.
Join us for the opening showcase during ArtWauk—a free community event for all to enjoy—featuring an artist meet and greet, a community canvas, and an interactive “Elements in Motion: A Collective Creation” experience.
Guests are invited to create a small piece inspired by storms, land, water, or sky at guided stations using element-based materials. Each piece will be added to a larger, evolving installation—forming a collective expression of the earth’s transforming forces.
