✨ Mix Shibori Colors of Autumn – Adult Art Social ✨ Discover the beauty of Shibori, a dyeing technique inspired by ancient Japanese tradition that transforms fabric into stunning patterns using folding, twisting, tying, and binding. 🌿🎨 In this special Adult Art Social, you’ll explore how to blend autumn’s warm and earthy hues into your Shibori designs. Each participant will create 4 different Shibori variations on a variety of fabrics, allowing you to experiment with patterns and textures. No prior experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and love for creativity! Guided by artist Michael McConville, you’ll walk away with multiple hand-dyed pieces that capture the spirit of the season. 🍂🍁 ✨ When: Saturday, September 27th | 6–9 PM ✨ Where: Dandelion Gallery & Studios, 109 S Genesee St., Waukegan, IL ✨ What’s Included: All materials, step-by-step guidance, adult refreshments & light snacks, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for learning, socializing, and unwinding.
