Discover the magic of Watercolor Batik, an enchanting process where hot wax is applied to delicate rice paper to resist watercolor paint—allowing bright, layered colors to bloom into beautiful, luminous textures. From soft washes to bold crackled lines, every piece becomes a unique work of art. Guided by artist Michael McConville, you’ll learn step-by-step how to blend wax and watercolor to create your own holiday-inspired batik artwork.
